The Original Tybee Island Wedding ~ $200

In most cases the Officiant fee is the least expensive item of all your wedding expenditures. Yet, your Officiant and your ceremony are the two key components in your entire day! We perform weddings 365 days a year, from sunrise to sunset to our romantic evening ceremonies. For just the 2 of you, or invite as many guests as you wish!

Beach Wedding Package Digital Photo ~ $500

Tybee Island Wedding’s most popular package! We hire professional, friendly and fun photographers to capture your entire wedding experience. Before, during and  after your ceremony – posed and candid shots – from big families to just the two of you.

• Professional Wedding Officiant (Original Tybee Island Wedding)
Professional Digital Photographer. Up to 1 hour of digital photography. Approximately 200 photos burned on a personalized, copyright released CD
• $75 each additional 1/2 hour.
• $300 each additional Photographer
• Additional copies of the photo disc for your friends and family – available at time of initial CD burning only – $25 each
This package is only for the officiant and the photographer. Does not include flowers, archways, etc. Please see Rentals page for additional services.

Night Wedding Ceremony ~ $300

Get married under the stars or a full moon! This is our “Original Tybee Island Wedding” with added hanging lanterns for a truly romantic wedding ceremony experience. This package takes place after sunset.

Beach Wedding Package 25 ~ $2895

This package will accommodate a wedding of 25. Subject to availability. Catering must select from this list of items and select 6 items. Alcohol to be provided by wedding party.

** This package can also be accommodated at other venues on Tybee – some restrictions and price changes can occur. Can also be adjusted to meet your needs (i.e. add 5 people, add or subtract items, etc.)

This package will accommodate a wedding of 50. Subject to availability. Catering must select from this list of items and select 6 items. Alcohol coordinated separately from the Legion staff, or provided  by wedding party at the Guard House.

Custom Beach Wedding

$1500 Coordination fee (all other services are additional). We work for a flat fee.

Tybee Island Wedding will coordinate your complete wedding with either our vendors or yours. Other fees may apply if we perform services such as setup, cleanup, decorating.
• Includes unlimited emails with coordinator to help with ceremony, reception and vendors, as well as with guest assistance.
• Phone consultations with coordinator.
• Full service coordination with your vendors of choice (yours or ours).
• Includes hiring and contracting with vendors upon your approval of price and services, as well as communicating to them your wants, needs and must-haves (deposits will be your responsibility upon approval, if required).
• Day-of coordination at ceremony and reception site.
• Planning, timeline and flow, as well as budget coordination.
• Rehearsal day before ceremony to make sure all bridal party are prepared for ceremony next day.

Day-of Wedding Coordination

$550 Coordination fee. We work for a flat fee. Worth the price for peace of mind.

Already have your favorite vendors in place and ready to go? Done all the work but don’t want you or your family or friends to be interrupted with details on the Big Day? We will consult with you about your preferred vendor list before the wedding, and then contact your vendor list before the ceremony. We will be the ‘go to’ people for any questions. Other fees may apply if we perform services such as setup, cleanup, decorating.

Pre-Wedding Consultant

$275 Consultant fee. (due at time of consultation) We work for a flat fee. Worth the price Doing It Yourself.
You want to do your wedding yourself and save the fees and markups, but aren’t entirely sure where to begin, or once you begin, where to go from there. We are here to help prior to and up to the wedding ~ giving you ideas, rules, procedures, venues, vendors (caterers, rentals, helpers, venues, musicians) and more. We’ll give you the easiest route to booking your perfect locations and best vendors for your needs and budget. You can book and secure all of your vendors yourself, but still have the peace of mind that you didn’t forget anything for your special day. Great for DIY-ers!

We aren’t biased, but we will give you names and contacts of some of our favorite vendors, help you pick and secure the right venues on Tybee Island, help with permits and regulations for the beach, help with rules for making your wedding and reception run smoothly and hassle-free and also fun ideas to make your wedding truly unique and fun~ and quirky Tybee!!

Tybee Island Wedding, Inc. Rental policy:
If for any reason you decide on your prescheduled event day that you do not need your rental items (chairs, archway, stage, etc.) it is our policy that rentals canceled the day of the event will be charged 100% of the quoted price, regardless of circumstances (act of nature, change in plans, etc.). Services canceled the day before will be charged 50% of the full quoted price.
Saturday or Sunday weddings:
ALL RENTAL CANCELATIONS must be made by Thursday before the event, by the end of the work day (7 p.m. EST).
ALL RENTAL CANCELATIONS made after Thursday, 7 p.m. EST but before Friday, 7 p.m., EST will accrue a 50% cancelation fee of the total cost. This does not include the $100 deposit, which is non-refundable, regardless of the reason why you are canceling our services.
