Luxury Elopement Package

• Limo to pick up bride and groom and take to wedding site and to dinner or hotel afterwards.

• Officiant ~ you also have the choice of sand or rose ceremonies. Keepsake vows.

• Photographer ~ 1 hour of professional photography, burned to a CD, copyright released and given to you in a keepsake CD case.

• Bridal bouquet ~ choice of orchid, rose or gerbera daisies.

• Matching Groom’s boutonniere.

• Bottle of “Pink” or “Yellow” sparkling wine with beach friendly glasses.

• Bride and Groom must get their own marriage license, but we will help file the license afterwards.

Luxury Ceremony Package for 50 people

This is an amazing package to take care of the ceremony details for you. You just show up as the honored guest at your own ceremony!

• Limo for bridal party to ceremony and escape limo for bride and groom to reception. (additional hours available)

• Officiant ~ you also have the choice of the sand or rose ceremonies. Keepsake vows.

• 50 chairs on the beach ~ we take care of permits for you ~ with white chair covers and white or ivory chair sashes  (colored sashed available at an additional charge).

• Beautifully decorated archway (white lattice or bamboo) with tropical plants.

• Photography ~ 2 hours of professional photography (before, during and after ceremony). Photos are copyright released to you and put in a keepsake CD case.

• Bridal party flowers ~

Bridal bouquet, grooms boutonniere ~ choice of orchid, rose or gerbera daisies.

(4) bridesmaids bouquets, (4) groomsmen boutonnieres

Luxury Ceremony and Reception Packages

Luxury Ceremony and Reception Packages for 25, 50, 75 and 100 (larger packages also available). Show up and be an honored guest at your own wedding! Remember, just like all of our packages, we will work with you on your guest list and your needs.

Luxury Ceremony and Reception for 25/50/75/100
• Officiant ~ plus choice of sand or rose ceremony. Keepsake vows.

• Chairs on the beach ~ we take care of permits for you ~ with white chair covers and white or ivory chair sashes  (colored sashed available at an additional charge).

• Beautifully decorated archway (white lattice or luxury bamboo).

• Photographer for 4 hours. All images burned to a DVD R, plus one DVD R of enhanced photography.

• Musician for beach ~ choice of violin, classical guitar or steel drummer.

• Bridal bouquet, Groom’s boutonniere, (4) bridesmaids bouquets, (4) groomsmen boutonnieres (petals, corsages, flower halos or wands additional considerations).

• Reception Hall ~ Guard House or Outdoor Inn* (25 or 50) (*Outdoor Inn is an additional fee and set of regulations), American Legion or Shrine Club (75 or 100+).

• Decorating of Reception Hall ~ Expert, elegant decorating in your choice of Island Style, Beachy, Southern Chic, Flower Girl, Black & White or Red Hot.

• Catering ~ passed appetizers for you and your guests, plus sit down meal. Choice of menus to correspond with your chosen theme.

• Cake ~ 2-3 layer luxury cake decorated to your specification and in your choice of flavors.

• Coordination ~ Expert coordination and communication from the beginning and throughout your planning, of course on the day of, and until the last decoration is taken down!

Prices, as we always like to say, are “ballparks to play in”.
We will customize any services to insure your dream wedding is PERFECT!

Luxury packages require a higher non-refundable deposit not to exceed $750.

Ala Carte Considerations

Some items to make your day fabulous!

• Musicians ~ amazing steel drummers, classy acoustic classical guitarist, elegant violinist, bluegrassy acoustic mandolin

• Trolley ~ creamy white open-air trolley to take your guests to the ceremony site. Also consider this for your rehearsal dinner.

• Limo ~ have a limo take your bridal party or parents to the ceremony site. You can also think about this for your rehearsal dinner.

• Colored sashes ~ let us know your colors and we will match or compliment your decor with the chairs on the beach.
